Rooms & Rates
Our rooms are comfortable and come equipped with A/C, central heat, hair dryers, shampoo and body wash. Beach towels are also provided. Two night minimum bookings in June, July and August. All rates include HST.

Early morning coffee and tea are served at 7am each morning as you relax before breakfast. Soft music welcome guests to a full generous breakfast served in the sunroom overlooking Lake Erie. Menu varies daily and includes chilled juice, fruit serving, delicious entree, homemade baking, fresh brewed coffee and a selection of teas. Please indicate any special dietary needs at time of booking. We will try our best to accommodate but please remember groceries are limited on the island. Always best to bring your own special requirements.

Red and Green room share a bath. If you would like a private bath, rate is $160/night.

Fire safety regulations prohibit burning of candles or incense in the B&B.

We have one indoor resident cat, and two outdoor cats, they are not allowed in guest rooms. Please leave your pets at home.

We are happy to store your luggage and bikes for you before check in and after check out as you explore the island.

Don’t flush sanitary products, wipes or latex. (Just because it says flush able on the box doesn’t mean it can go down the toilet).

If you must cancel, please give us 7 days notice, as we prepare for our guests in advance with extra supplies being brought over on the ferry. Thank you!
